Our story is over 11 decades in the making. Zazzaro Forni was founded in 1910 by Giuseppe Zazzaro. An artisan with a passion for pizza, he designed some of the first wood-burning ovens in the Napoli pizzerias – the birthplace of pizza.

This passion passed to his son, Alberto, who later ran the company together with his brother Salvatore Zazzaro. They defined the standards of authentic Neapolitan ovens in the oldest pizzerias in Naples and today they have an international reputation. Alberto Zazzaro; in turn, passed on his passion for ovens to his son Daniele. As the current owner, Daniele has revolutionised fixed wood ovens by using local materials to improve the final product. Zazzaro pizza ovens are now a mobile product with the same performance as the traditional fixed models. These ovens have the perfect dimensions for maximum insulation and improved maximum efficiency. These pizza ovens can travel anywhere to bring the cherished flavours of a real Neapolitan pizza oven to wider Europe and beyond.
